Distance Selling Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

Article 2 — Subject Matter

This Distance Selling Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website (https://devrestore.com), in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 — Product Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, unit price, and payment method of the product(s) subject to this agreement are as specified on the order page and in the order confirmation email. All listed prices include VAT.

Article 4 — General Provisions

1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and approved all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery terms of the product(s) subject to this agreement.
2. The product(s) shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organisation at the address specified by the BUYER within the legally mandated maximum period of 30 days, depending on the distance of the delivery location.
3. If the product is to be delivered to a person or organisation other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held liable for any refusal of delivery by such person or organisation.
4. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, and in conformity with the specifications set out in the order.

Article 5 — Delivery

1. The product shall be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order date. If delivery is not completed within this period, the BUYER may terminate the agreement.
2. Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form via the contracted shipping carrier.
3. Delivery costs are borne by the BUYER and are added to the order total.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to them or to the person/organisation at the specified address, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified within this period. The BUYER is obligated to return the product to the SELLER within 10 days from the date the withdrawal notification is sent.
3. The SELLER shall refund the total amount paid, together with any documents creating a debt obligation on the consumer, within 14 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notification is received.

Article 7 — Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for the following products:

• Products prepared in accordance with the consumer's specific requests or personal needs.
• Products that may deteriorate rapidly or are likely to pass their expiry date.
• Products whose protective elements — such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping — have been opened after delivery and that by their nature cannot be returned.
• Services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Article 8 — Payment and Security

All payments are processed through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Credit card information is not stored by the SELLER. All payment transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

Article 9 — Competent Court

In the event of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction up to the monetary threshold announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding this threshold.
