Delivery Information
At DevreStore, we work with contracted shipping carriers to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible.
Delivery Timelines
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
- Carrier delivery times may vary between 1–5 business days depending on your location.
- For out-of-stock items, the estimated availability date is displayed on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees may vary depending on the order total and delivery address. Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You may also check your order status through the "Track Order" page on our website.
Return Policy
In accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you may return any product within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without providing a reason.
Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
- Product labels, protective seals (if any), and all accessories must be intact.
- The original invoice or delivery document must be included in the return shipment.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the product delivery date.
Return Process
- Submit your return request to support@devrestore.com.
- Once your request is approved, ship the product to the designated address.
- After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Products
- Products with opened packaging, that have been used, or that are damaged.
- Products prepared according to the consumer's specific requirements or personalised items.
- Products that by their nature cannot be returned, that may deteriorate rapidly, or that have passed their expiry date.
Product Exchange
To request an exchange, please follow the return procedure outlined above. Exchange requests are processed as a new order once the original return has been completed.
